1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once your order has been successfully placed.

2. Shipping Timeline

  • Domestic Orders (within India): Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Remote or rural areas: Delivery may take up to 10–12 business days.
  • International Orders (if applicable): Currently, we do not ship internationally. [Modify if applicable]

3. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹[1500].
  • For orders below this value, a flat shipping fee of ₹[Insert Amount] will be applied at checkout.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery), if available, may include an additional handling fee.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.

5. Delivery Policy

  • Deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure all details are accurate to avoid delays.
  • In case of missed delivery attempts, our courier partner will reattempt before returning the product to us.
  • If a package is returned due to incorrect address/phone number provided by the customer, re-shipping charges will apply.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund as per our Refund Policy.

7. Delays in Delivery

  • While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, natural calamities, or courier issues.
  • Adbhut Ghrit will not be held liable for delays beyond our control but will assist you in resolving them with our courier partners.
