Refund & Return Policy – Adbhut Ghrit

At Adbhut Ghrit, we value your trust and satisfaction. Since our products are natural, consumable items, we follow a transparent return and refund policy to ensure fairness to our customers while maintaining product safety and hygiene standards.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement only if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is damaged or leaked at the time of delivery.
  • The product has passed its expiry date at the time of receipt.

⚠️ Please Note: Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

2. Timeframe for Raising a Request

  • Customers must raise a return or refund request within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Requests raised after 48 hours will not be eligible.

3. Process for Return/Refund

  1. Contact our customer care team at [Insert Email/Phone] with your order details.
  2. Provide clear photos/videos showing the issue (damaged packaging, leakage, wrong product, etc.).
  3. Our team will verify the claim and update you on approval/rejection of the request.
  4. Once approved:
    • Replacement product will be shipped at no extra cost, OR
    • Refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

4. Refund Conditions

Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Product received in damaged/defective condition (with proof provided).

5. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products without original packaging/labels.
  • Orders placed under discounts, promotions, or clearance sales (unless damaged/defective).

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping charges.
  • If the return is due to customer error (wrong address, order cancellation after shipping, etc.), shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
